Submitting a form, requesting pricing or stating a preferred delivery date does not create a confirmed order, reserve a delivery, or guarantee product availability. Fuel grade, order quantities, minimums, price, taxes, fees, payment terms, delivery address eligibility and timing must be confirmed directly by the company before an order is accepted. A quote may expire or change as stated in its terms.
3. Delivery conditions
Delivery depends on confirmed service territory, available product, safe and lawful access, weather, traffic, site conditions and other operational factors. Customers should provide accurate address, tank and access information and arrange an authorized site contact when required. Do not attempt to modify, repair or operate fuel tanks, piping or heating equipment based on website instructions.
4. Service limitations
N & L Fuel Corp. does not advertise boiler installation through this website. Any boiler maintenance or repair services must be separately confirmed with the company, including whether qualified personnel and required authorizations are available. No emergency mechanical service or same-day fuel delivery commitment is made through the website.
